This stuff puts me to sleep in a hurry and helps me sleep deeper, wake less, and dream way better. I’ve been using Montmorency cherry juice for years now and have finally gotten it to be a habit to use near-daily. Not only is it delicious, but it’s nutritious! ;D
Ingredients
I always choose organic when available!
- 250 ml water
- 1 tbsp tart cherry concentrate
- Examples at Natural Grocers: Lakewood, Dynamic Health, Santa Cruz
- 0-1 tsp sweetener (maple syrup, agave nectar)
Directions
It’s as easy as putting them into a vessel and giving it a stir, done! :)
Notes
I make a 750 ml batch, so 3 tbsp of the tart cherry and 1 tbsp of sweetener. The sweetener is to help with the release of dopamine, expediting the falling sleep process.
